PHASE 1: Legal & Bureaucratic Takeover (Weeks 1-12)
- 1. The Feasibility Strike: We run a deep-dive topographical and zoning check on your specific parcel of land.
- 2. Master Contract: You execute the MSA and place your 30% secured deposit into escrow.
- 3. Engineering Stamp: Regional architects stamp our structural CAD files specifically for your county/council.
- 4. Permit Submission: We formally submit all structural, electrical, and plumbing permits.
- 5. The Guarantee Trigger: If the local authority rejects the permit on engineering grounds, your deposit is refunded 100%. If approved, we advance.
PHASE 2: Factory Engineering & Site Prep (Weeks 12-24)
- 6. Aerospace-Grade Milling: Your asset enters our climate-controlled facility. Timber and steel are milled to millimeter tolerances.
- 7. Civil Groundworks: Concurrently, our earthworks teams arrive at your land to clear the footprint.
- 8. Specialized Foundation Pour: The foundation system (Helical piles, ICF, or slab) is laser-leveled and set.
- 9. Service Trenching: We lay conduit and hard-pipe connections for water, sewer/septic, and grid-power.
PHASE 3: Transit & Delivery Logistics (Weeks 24-26)
- 10. Shrink-Wrap & Seal: Modular segments are heavily wrapped in weatherproof nautical transit material.
- 11. Convoy Launch: 150% insured flatbed convoys depart the factory. You track them live via GPS in your client portal.
- 12. Heavy-Lift Crane Orchestration: We navigate local road closures and position the heavy-lift crane at your site.
PHASE 4: Assembly & The Handover (Weeks 26-30)
- 13. The Drop: Segments are lifted, married, and bolted onto the foundation array in a matter of hours.
- 14. Thermal Seam Sealing: The envelope is permanently zip-sealed making the asset 100% watertight and passive-house ready.
- 15. The Hookup: Master plumbers and electricians hard-connect the pre-wired manifolds to your site trenches.
- 16. Solar & Battery Commissioning: The grid-tied or off-grid LiFePO4 batteries are cycled, and arrays are set live.
- 17. The White Glove Handover: Our chief foreman hands you the physical keys, installs the smart-home app on your phone, and teaches you to command the asset.
