We do not sell units through third-party unverified online brokers. To ensure absolute authenticity and enforce the Zero-Risk Protection framework, all Escrow contracts must be signed directly with Edveros.

Edveros reserves the right at all times to modify the structural models, aesthetic finishes, and engineering specifications featured on this website. While we utilize elite 3D rendering to accurately display our products, physical environmental variables may cause slight discrepancies.

3. Intellectual Property, Alterations & Warranty Nullification

All architectural floorplans, structural matrices, aesthetic trademarks, HD videography, proprietary code-bases, and branding elements natively displayed on this domain are the exclusive intellectual property of Edveros. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, unauthorize, duplicate, or re-fabricate any structural or digital IP for commercial gain.

Warranty Restrictions: Any addition or substitution of structural components (including load-bearing chassis alterations, unauthorized foundation integrations, or independent HVAC splicing) by a third-party contractor not expressly authorized by Swiss engineering council cancels your 10-Year Structural Defect Warranty. Edveros stringently rejects unauthorized physical modifications that compromise the thermal envelope or structural integrity of our units.

9. Controlling Jurisdiction & Revisions

Edveros mandates that any dispute over the content, tracking application, or data usage of this digital environment shall be exclusively governed by the substantive law of Switzerland. The jurisdiction and venue of any associated action shall be vested entirely before the ordinary central courts of the Canton of Zurich.
