Delivery & Global Logistics

Precision Transport Under 150% Value Insurance.

Logistics can be the deadliest bottleneck in modular architecture. Edveros treats every single delivery with the severity of a military operation. When you purchase an Edveros home, the transport is not outsourced to a blind third party — it is wholly orchestrated by our internal global dispatch grid.

01

Route Feasibility & Road Clearance

  • Before a single piece of timber is precision-cut, our logistics analysts perform full aerial and ground reconnaissance of your delivery route — measuring bridge heights, clearance radii, and dirt-road weight limits.
  • We interface directly with local police forces and regional transport ministries to secure Oversize Load permits and rolling road closures wherever required.
02

150% Transit Value Insurance

Your asset is financially bulletproof in transit. From the exact moment your modules are hoisted by our factory gantry cranes, loaded onto the contracted flatbeds, and until they are permanently crane-placed and bolted to your engineered foundation — the complete structure is insured for 150% of its full contract value. If any catastrophic transit event occurs, we immediately prioritize a parallel factory build. You do not lose a single dollar.

03

The Crane Operation

We supply the heavy-lift cranes. Whether the installation requires an 80-ton mobile crane for a standard suburban block, or a specialized 200-ton extreme-reach crane to thread a module over a cliffside onto a mountainous ledge, our logistics engineers perform precision calculations for load counterweights, boom angles, and structural outrigger positions before a single lift is executed.

04

Live Fleet Tracking

The moment the convoy departs our manufacturing facility, your Edveros Client App goes live. Watch the real-time GPS ping of your new property traveling down the highway. Track its precise location, estimated arrival, and prepare for the cinematic moment your new home is craned into its permanent position.

“No delivery is routine. Every convoy is treated as the single most important shipment in our operational calendar.”
